Nestled among the granite rocks, Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp is conveniently located a 10-minute drive from the rock carvings of Twyfelfontein, a short walk from the Living Museum of Damara and the Wadi Huab Valley.
In this typical environment of Damaraland, the main tent, an open Lapa, offers a space for the restaurant – which serves quality meals – a bar, a terrace, and a swimming pool – which allows you to relax and refresh yourself in this hot and arid environment.
The camp consists of 12 tents furnished with two beds or a double bed, an open bathroom with shower (hot and cold water), sink and toilet, and a shaded terrace with armchairs. The tents are accessible via 3-4 steps. 3 additional igloo tents are available and can be booked for tour guides if no normal tent is available or for children (to be built next to their parents’ tent, sharing facilities with parents).
Although positioned “in the middle of nowhere”, the camp offers free Wi-Fi access in its common areas.
