Ol Seki Mara Camp is set amongst a rocky promontory overlooking the Isupukiai River Valley in the remote Koiyaki area, adjacent to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Thanks to the privacy of the Mara Naboisho Conservancy, the guests can enjoy a truly isolated safari experience that winds back the colonial clock. Day trips into the Maasai Mara National Reserve can also be organised if requested.
Activities are mainly about the wildlife and guests are taken in specially adapted safari vehicles on game drives, either during the day or by spotlight at night to catch a glimpse of elusive nocturnal species. Walking safaris with an armed scout are also available.
The common areas of the camp comprise of a library tent next to the dining tent. Both have stunning views out across the wilderness. A fireplace deck has also been added in front of the Library tent, making this is an ideal spot for sun-downer drinks and a chat about the adventures of the day.
Accommodation is in six rounded tents, each boasting a double and a single bed with high quality linen. All have a large en-suite bathroom and changing area with flush toilet and hot shower. The two suites offer a spacious private living and dining tent flanked by two bedroom tents, each complete with en-suite bathroom, shower and changing area. Guests staying in the suite will benefit from their own private kitchen, with a dedicated team of staff for each unit.
