Le Jardin du Roy

Le Jardin du Roy is a three-star hotel located in the heart of the Bara country, a proud ethnic group in the south-west of Madagascar. On the edge of Isalo National Park, renowned for its natural swimming pools with transparent waters and its canyons housing sacred royal burials, visitors can discover the breath-taking landscapes of the Malagasy Colorado.

The hotel is harmoniously integrated with its environment, and offers comfort and good service. The restaurant serves both European and Malagasy cuisine based on fresh, seasonal vegetables from the hotel’s organic farm. The bar offers its guests billiards, board games, and high-speed internet access.

The Jardin du Roy has 40 rooms: 16 double rooms, 16 triple rooms and 8 family rooms, divided into 8 bungalows. The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and air-conditioned; and all benefit from a beautiful view on a vast wooded park and on the forest-gallery where the small river, Soarano, flows.
