Julia’s River Camp is located directly on the banks of the Talek River, in a central position that makes it easy to explore the entire area of the Maasai Mara National Reserve managed by Narok County.
All of the tents, located in different sections of the camp, overlook the river and are mounted on a wooden platform. Dome-shaped and with a surface area of 21 sqm, they have their own private veranda from which to enjoy the landscape, a seating area, mosquito nets, comfortable beds with cotton sheets and duvets, bedside tables and solar lighting. The tents are equipped with a private en-suite bathroom with 24-hour hot water and flush toilets. Towels are also provided.
Common areas include a large mess tent with a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner – with special diet menus available on request. It also offers packed lunches to have your breakfast or lunch as a picnic.
Finally, there is a lounge area that allows you to relax and have a drink at the end of a long safari day.
