Ishasha Jungle Lodge

Ishasha Jungle Lodge is located 2 km from Queen Elizabeth National Park’s Katokye Gate along the Ntungwe River. It is the perfect location for a photographic safari in the Ishasha sector of the park or as a stopover en route to Bwindi National Park.

The lodge is small and eco-friendly – using a solar power system that provides 24-hour power and hot water, and giving attention to waste management disposal and recycling.

As it is surrounded by riparian forest vegetation and acacia savannah, guests have the opportunity to take a guided walk through the forest along the Ntungwe River and across cultivated farmland to Kameme village.

All four cottages are spacious, with en-suite bathrooms, and they are built on raised decks and finished in canvas. The restaurant offers an international standard menu and dining area.
