Hotel Cabo de Hornos

Located right on the main square of the town, Hotel Cabo de Hornos is an elegant converted, Parisian-styled house reminiscent of the grand times when Punta Arenas was the capital of the “white gold” rush.

The main entrance uses local rock and animal prints to give a contemporary feel to the place and, at night, the mooted bar and lounge area are perfect for a couple of drinks before settling in for a superb supper.

Upstairs the 110 ensuite rooms have a light and airy style. They are pleasant, comfortable, with relatively high ceilings, and have a good view on the buildings and city around. Free Wifi is available throughout the hotel.

While the hotel does not feature any facilities by way of swimming pools and gyms, it is ideal to allow guests to realise the history and background of Punta Arenas, and to discover the town by foot.
