Gorilla Safari Lodge

Gorilla Safari Lodge is a mid-range and relaxed lodge on the boundary line of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – just next to one of the starting points for trekking mountain gorillas.

The main lodge includes a restaurant, bar, lounge and a campfire area overlooking the forest. There is also a spa, where guests can have a massage after their gorilla trekking/habituation experience.

Gorilla Safari Lodge offers its guests comfortable accommodation in eleven spacious cottages, each providing a great setting in which to relax after an exciting day of trekking. The well-appointed cottages all have solar-powered lighting, en-suite bathroom with hot and cold water and flush toilets, and individual verandahs offering excellent views of the unspoiled tropical rainforest. Two of the cottages have two rooms (both en-suite and featuring a cosy fireplace) with an inter-connecting door – making them the ideal choice for families or larger groups of people travelling together.
