Bluebay Beach Resort and Spa

Bluebay Beach Resort and Spa is a four star resort comprising makuti-thatched cottages set in 20 acres of private cultivated garden. The resort is located in the Kiwengwa region, renowned for its lodges and its exceptional beaches with white sands and blue ocean.

The resort’s main restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner. There is much variety in the food and each night the menu is themed differently. The à la carte lunch restaurant offers a variety of food for lunch.

The majority of the resort’s rooms and suites are perched on a raised outcrop overlooking the private gardens and pool, some with views out to the ocean. All rooms include en suite bathrooms external verandas or balconies, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, mini-bars, hair-dryers, telephones, satellite television, electronic safes and tea and coffee making facilities.

The standard rooms are the Garden Rooms that are reasonably sized and comfortable with large beds. The resort’s superior rooms offer the same facilities, but are slightly larger and in raised up locations, overlooking the hotel’s gardens, the pool and the ocean.

Activities on offer and Bluebay include: use of the large pool, walks on the local beach and bathing in the sea, spa, Children’s Club, PADI scuba diving and snorkeling (by arrangement through recreation and water-sports centre – for an extra charge), sports facilities, excursions, big game fishing trips, etc.
