Nestled in an expanse of African savannah in the shadow of the Auas Mountains, less than an hour from Windhoek Airport, Auas Safari Lodge is set in wilderness and far removed from city life.
Cobes, kudus, impalas, elands, zebras, black and blue wildebeests, oryx, and many smaller antelope species roam the Auassavannah, as well as giraffes and some felines such as cheetahs and leopards.
It is in this ideal environment that the lodge offers 14 comfortably furnished rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a terrace from which to enjoy the scenery.
The Lodge also offers a swimming pool where visitors can enjoy truly mesmerizing views of the sunset, wildlife, and landscape combined. In the restaurant, visitors taste excellent local cuisine served in a dining room offering tables inside as well as on the patio. A bar is also open to visitors, and coffee and tea are available in every room.
