Nestled in a virgin forest, in the heart of Ziwa Sanctuary, Amuka Lodge is the perfect place to spend the night following an encounter with nearby rhinos.

The lodge offers comfortable accommodation in a very quiet location, with unfenced chalets that make the most of the bush environment.

The lodge’s restaurant specializes in “safari” cuisine, taking advantage of fresh regional produce and outdoor cooking. Special meals for vegetarians, vegans or allergy sufferers can be prepared on request.

The accommodation consists of 10 chalets comprising 4 family chalets with three beds, and 6 standard chalets, which are built from hardwood and stone, in a forest setting to ensure peace and privacy. Each chalet is named after one of the sanctuary’s rhinos and includes a bedroom, bathroom, and large personal veranda where visitors can sit and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings.
