Discovery of the Mountain Gorillas, the Golden Monkeys and the Batwa people of Uganda

January to March & June to October

5 days / 4 nights – from £ 4,590 per person

Tailor made safari

Discover the Great Lakes region and live the unique experience of visiting two families of mountain gorillas in their natural environment. The fascinating Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and the Volcanoes Massif in Uganda are the ecosystem of this trip devoted to hiking in an unspoilt rainforest that hosts a large part of the last free mountain gorillas.

In this unique environment, that few visitors explore each year, you will be accompanied by specialized ranger-guides who will allow you to get close to these mythical primates of which there remain only a few groups.

The highlights of this trip are the following:

– approach, in a small group, two different families of mountain gorillas (2 treks) in a safe and favourable environment for their observation and when conditions are optimal for photographing them

– live the extraordinary experience of meeting with pygmy Batwa people and of observing the endangered golden monkeys

– enjoy comfortable accommodation, or luxury accommodation as an option, in the region of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

– decide your ideal departure and return dates, without worrying about the formation of a group because this trip is available individually, based on 2 people or 4 people, or in a small group

– enjoy the opportunity to tailor the program to your wishes
